Production helper — Texas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production helper in Texas County, Missouri. The job is on the shop floor of a garment factory. The role involves read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; change over tooling and settings between product runs; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; operate and feed production machines on the line. What we are looking for: • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift Part-time with flexible hours.
