Dough maker — Garki

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Garki, Jigawa State. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
