Powder coating operator — Carroll County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Carroll County, Illinois. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
