Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Derbyshire, England. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day The role involves laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around £2,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
