Vacancy available: we are hiring a single needle operator in Rockwall County, Texas. The role involves keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
