We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Chatham County, Georgia. Day to day you will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
