Milling machine operator — Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Clay County, Minnesota. You will work in a die and mould making unit. On the job you will handle: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 6+ years on the tools preferred.
