Banquet server — Androscoggin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Androscoggin County, Maine. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Performance bonus on top of base pay.
