Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Fayette County, Ohio. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. On the job you will handle: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 2+ years on the tools preferred.
