Bakery assistant — Oshodi/Isolo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Oshodi/Isolo, Lagos State. The job is at a cake shop. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity ₦125,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
