Insulation worker — Albasu

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation worker in Albasu, Kano State. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Working-at-height certificate an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred.
