The role involves carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. Ideal candidate: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
