Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Racine County, Wisconsin. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
