Panel painter — Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel painter in Union County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Your main tasks: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
