Steward — Salem County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Salem County, New Jersey. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
