Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules On the job you will handle: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
