Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
