Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Phillips County, Montana. The role involves: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
