VMC operator wanted in Newton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a VMC operator in Newton County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
