Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Ilorin South, Kwara State. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 6+ years on the tools preferred.
