Great opportunity: we are hiring a power float operator in City and Borough of Salford, England. You will be based on a building construction site. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Your main tasks: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
