Overlocker operator — Cecil County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Cecil County, Maryland. The job is at a busy garment factory. Your main tasks: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
