Stitching operator — Brown County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Brown County, Nebraska. You will trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
