HGV driver — Early County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HGV driver in Early County, Georgia. You will work at a haulage company. On the job you will handle: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Six days a week, one day off.
