Gardener — Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Franklin County, Iowa. The job is at a private estate garden. Day-to-day duties: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades Ideal candidate: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
