Mason's helper — Hidalgo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a mason's helper in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. You will work with a civil contractor. Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Your main tasks: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage 2+ years on the tools preferred.
