Vacancy available: die-casting operator (Louisiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry 5+ years on the tools preferred.
