You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
