Immediate opening: scullery hand (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Miami County, Ohio. You will work in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
