Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Castro County, Texas. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
