Stamping press operator wanted in Greene County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Greene County, Virginia. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day to day you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
