Kitchen porter • Bayfield County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
