You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE You will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper.
