Urgent requirement: dispatch assistant (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dispatch assistant in Inverclyde, Scotland. You will work at a regional distribution hub. On a typical shift you will report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor; wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels; pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list; operate a counterbalance or reach forklift to move pallets; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Reliable timekeeping and good attendance At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
