Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Six days a week, one day off.
