Argon welder — Edmunds County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Edmunds County, South Dakota. You will work on a structural steel site. You will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
