Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Maverick County, Texas. The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
