Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Wokingham, England. Day-to-day duties: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Performance bonus on top of base pay.
