Machine setter-operator — Miller County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Miller County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Set up and start the machine as per the job card Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
