Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in King William County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
