Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile setter in Tucker County, West Virginia. The role involves check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles. You should have: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
