Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Lubbock County, Texas. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper 2+ years on the tools preferred.
