Commis chef wanted in Winnebago County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
