Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Cowlitz County, Washington. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
