Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Monroe County, Alabama. The role involves: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Part-time with flexible hours.
