Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Pepin County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. You will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
