Offshore rigger • Hyde County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Hyde County, South Dakota. You will work at a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites 3+ years on the tools preferred.
