In-process quality controller — Carroll County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Carroll County, Tennessee. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. The role involves: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
