Oven operator — Bates County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Bates County, Missouri. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
