Bakery assistant wanted in McIntosh County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in McIntosh County, North Dakota. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
